I loved that the hotel was big size and pleasant. The room was individual & clean, came with antique furniture. The staff was very helpful and amicable and delivered very good service. The historic and picturesque location close to a train station was just what I needed. The food they offered was amazing, had a huge variety of meals...

I chose this hotel for a seminar and was pleased to find that it provided irons and ironing boards in all the accommodations. It made it convenient for me to keep my clothes wrinkle-free throughout my stay.
The hotel lacked a business center or dedicated workspace. I would have appreciated having a designated area where I could work efficiently and comfortably.

We were delighted with the peaceful and picturesque setting of Hotel De L'Abbaye De. Our room, although small, was perfectly cozy and the upgraded bathroom added a nice touch. The dinner at the hotel was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the fixed price menu option. Despite some limitations in the breakfast choices, the overall dining experience was still satisfactory. The host was attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is the social hub of the charming village of Longpont, adding to its appeal. We also appreciated the peacefulness of the hotel, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep.

I had a delightful stay at this pleasant little hotel in the former guesthouse of the ruined abbey. the owners and staff were friendly, making a big effort to speak to us in English. the hotel has a welcoming and safe atmosphere, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. the food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with traditional French country cooking using lots of local ingredients. the location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the Abbey and village, and it's a great base for exploring the nearby towns and even taking a train to Paris. It's a lovely, relaxing place to hang out, away from the noise of cars. Cons: Nothing for me. 😉.

I had a truly relaxing and welcoming experience at Hotel De L'Abbaye. The location was great for exploring nearby towns and even taking a train to Paris. The staff made a big effort to speak to me in English, which was fantastic as I don't speak French. The hotel itself felt like a big house, and it had such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The food was amazing, especially the bread and ice cream. I highly recommend dining at the hotel. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. If you're looking for a calm and peaceful getaway, this place is perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its charm and character.

Enjoyed the Christmas ambiance and the festive decorations throughout the hotel. The location was great with beautiful views of the village and the local area offered some lovely walking trails. The restaurant served great cuisine and the use of local ingredients made the dishes even more enjoyable.
The room was quite dated and needed a renovation. Despite the heating being on, the room was still quite cold and the bed could have been more comfortable.

The countryside was beautiful and perfect for long walks. The cost of the room was very affordable, making it accessible to budget-conscious travelers. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and filling.
The room was very small and cramped with outdated decor. Also, the service at the front desk was incredibly slow and made check-in a frustrating experience. The lack of variety in the hotel's menu made it difficult to find something to eat that suited my dietary needs.
